William Shatner is now getting an opportunity to see space for real in his ninety’s. He heard a lot about space and wished to experience the exciting journey of space.
He is a canadian actor, director, producer, and screenwriter. He is best known for his role in Star Trek as Captain James T. Kirk. Space became his area of interest while playing Captain James.
Now he is hosting and producing the program “The UnXplained” on The History Channel.
In his ninety’s, finally, his dream coming true. He will be the oldest person to travel to space. ‘Blue origin’ is a Jeff Bezos Company’s flight taking them to space. They are flying on 12th October at 9:30 am ET in west Texas.
William Shatner along with Audrey Powers, vice president of blue origin with two other crewmates Chris Boshuizen and Glen de Vries, will board in the new Shepard NS-18.
The blue origin new Shepard’s 18th mission, NS-18 will take off on 12th October, Tuesday. This will be the second flight of Shepard to take them to a space and bring them back. With so many years of testing first successful flight was carried to Space in July, with Jeff Bezos, his brother Mark Bezos and Oliver Daemen.
The rocket is design to launch vertically from the Earth that carries four passengers at once. From 100 kilometers over our planet, the atmospheric pressure separates the capsule and the rocket. It takes eleven minutes to lift off its capsule.
